Explanations for the different delivery options:
Standard - Brandon organize freight/shipment from Brandon’s warehouse.
Brandon select forwarder and charge freight cost on invoice, freight cost is visible below for approval. Normal land/truck transportation is used in most cases.
Express - Brandon organize freight/shipment from Brandon’s warehouse.
Shipment will always be sent by courier/airfreight forwarders, which is expensive. Beware of what you send by Express.

Please note that your order request has to be approved by a responsible Approval User (budget responsible). You will then receive an order confirmation by an e-mail when the request is approved.
Price information
All prices if logged in are corporate prices excluding local VAT and Taxes. Brandon reserves the right to change prices and VAT due to a labor dispute, other changes, currency fluctuations and national / regional tax changes as needed. In addition to the price of the products, freight cost will be added.

Faulty items
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you have purchased and we will refund any faulty articles. Please note we are unable to accept used or worn articles in return (expect in the event of manufacturing or material defects). The delivery charge will be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If you have a faulty item, please contact Customer Services with your order details and advise the reason for returning the product. We will send you a return form, which should always enclose with the goods you are returning. Goods without a return note will not be processed.
Return/Exchange of item
To return or exchange a product (excluding goods made to your specification) you may do so within 28 days of the date of arrival. The product you wish to return must be in saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
If you require an estimation of the shipping costs before registering your order, you can proceed to our delivery matrix and, depending on the destination and weight of the order, get an estimated shipping cost. However, we cannot give exact shipping costs until the order has been completed as this is depends on the weight of the order and whether it is to be sent as standard or express.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. You must return the product to us and you will be responsible for all delivery costs.

Shipping Information
We aim to ship all approved orders that are placed before 11 AM the same day. (Monday - Friday)
Shipping costs are automatically added to your order when you enter the completion process for your purchase.
You have the option of selecting standard or express in the step prior to completing the purchase. This selection affects the shipping costs for the current order.
